A-2. What will happen to my work visa after 12 months?
You can extend your visa without any issues.
A-3. Will I be able to find a job immediately?
This depends on your qualifications. However, remember that from the application process onwards, WE will always be there to assist you in your education and job search processes.
A-4. What kind of work will I do in Germany?
There are opportunities to work in various positions, from warehouse to office jobs. After your arrival, we can negotiate and find a suitable job for you based on your qualifications.
A-5. How much money will I earn in Germany?
There are jobs available with a net salary of up to 4000 euros. This depends on your stability and personal development.
A-6. Can I bring my family to Germany?
Of course. You can bring all your family members. However, we are currently focusing on individuals. Once you arrive, we can complete your procedures and bring your family according to your preference.
A-7. My visa is valid for 6 months. What happens if I can’t complete my license within 6 months?
The German government can extend your visa period for up to 15 months after your 6th month. However, you need to provide evidence of your truck driver license application for this extension.
A-8. Where will I stay in Germany?
We will accompany you from the airport to the apartment where you will stay. Depending on the package you choose, we can either arrange accommodation for you or take you to a place of your choice.
A-9. What will I do after I arrive and start working?
Initially, the validity of your work visa is entirely dependent on becoming a truck driver. Therefore, you need to obtain a truck driver’s license. We will assist you in this process, but the expenses will be borne by the consultant.
A-10. How will I live in Germany?
Within the Blue Package fees, accommodation for 3 months is included. Within these 3 months, we will clarify your employment.
A-11. Who will pick me up in Germany after I arrive?
We will personally pick you up from the airport and take care of you.
A-12. What will I get if I come to Germany with the Green package?
In this case, we cannot take any responsibility for you. However, as a consultancy firm, we can guide you to some extent. Our recommendation for you as our consultant is to obtain an EU license as soon as possible.
A-13. What will I get after coming to Germany with the Blue package?
First, we will take steps to obtain an EU license. Once you have the license, you will start working as a truck driver. Later, depending on your preference, you can work in other jobs. However, as mentioned, you start by working as a truck driver.
A-14. When will my procedures be completed after coming with the Blue package?
Your procedures will be completed within an average of 3 months. However, due to possible complications and adverse situations, the process may extend to around 5-6 months.
A-15. How will individuals who do not choose the Blue package sustain their lives?
We are responsible for searching for workers for companies in Germany. However, some of our candidates insist only on our Green package. We cannot force the Blue package on such candidates as they claim they can find jobs through acquaintances or relatives after arriving in Germany. We cannot force these candidates to accept the Blue package.
A-16. I did not choose the Blue package, but I want to work with you. What should I do?
The only solution to work in our companies in Germany is to obtain an EU license. After that, there will be various job opportunities. However, it should be noted that not all job opportunities will be available initially.
A-17. Will the accommodation provided within the Blue package still be shared rooms?
Yes, our rooms are shared.
A-18. What benefit does our coming to Germany have for Germany?
Germany’s primary goal is to find determined, hardworking workers and prospective employers who will contribute to its economy.
A-19. Is it not illegal to come with a work visa and be unemployed? Are we not deceiving the German government?
No. The government allows time during the visa period for finding a job within German borders.
A-20. We have witnessed some companies not starting insurance. How do you handle insurance procedures?
If you want to work in any EU member country, including Germany, every employee, including those who are unemployed, must have insurance. Otherwise, both the individual and the employer will face legal penalties. No company would take this risk. Many have faced significant penalties shortly after starting operations.
A-21. Will I receive my salary immediately in the first months?
No, your salary will not be paid from the first day. First, your procedures will be initiated, and once they are completed, you will start receiving your salary.
A-22. Will I be deported if I do not like the job opportunities?
Never. Time is provided during the visa period to find a new job.
A-23. Where will I stay if I come with my family?
We cannot currently provide accommodation for living with your family.
A-24. I am currently in Germany but cannot find a job. Can you help me with this?
No, we can only help those who apply through our Yellow or Green packages in Germany.
Av-1. Why YOU?
While there may be thousands of companies within Germany’s borders, not all of them engage in what we do. We serve as intermediaries between consultants and companies.
Av-2. How can you guarantee a 100% visa?
Our 100% guarantee is based entirely on the results we have obtained when we operate within the framework of the law. Over the past five years, we have achieved 100% success without engaging in any illegal activities.
Av-3. Do I need to know the German language?
You do not need to know the German language. One of the biggest advantages of this visa is that there is no language requirement.
Av-4. People say they receive pre-approvals within 1.5 to 2 months, how do you provide a visa within 30 business days?
Our partner employers in Germany have been working with Foreigners Department officials for years. Thanks to the existing business relationships and trust, we can expedite many processes.
Av-5. The prices are too high.
Unfortunately, in today’s conditions in Turkey, one needs to work very hard to live comfortably. Within Germany’s borders, however, you can work for much more reasonable periods (no work on weekends) and live comfortably.
Av-6. While the pricing for the Yellow Package is 3,000 EUR, why is the Green Package 8,000 EUR?
Firstly, it should be noted that our Yellow Package applicants must have at least a 4-year diploma. Yellow Package applicants are granted visas as skilled workers. However, Green Package applicants do not have diplomas. They are only granted visas as unskilled workers. This is an additional process that requires extra time and effort.
Av-7. I can find another company that can offer me a contract, and maybe at a lower price. What do you think about this?
Yes, you might find one. However, the contract is not the only thing that matters. We have been providing this service for five years. Our primary service (for Blue Package applicants) begins after you arrive in Germany. We offer this opportunity to those living in Turkey, not those already living in Germany. It is highly likely that other places won’t be able to provide you with job opportunities in Germany. If you fail to obtain your truck license within 6 months, you will be at risk of deportation.
Av-8. I stayed in Germany for months but couldn’t find a job. How can you guarantee job security?
Here you can find a job as a truck driver with 100% certainty. We provide job opportunities in both our company and logistics companies we have agreements with.
Av-9. Where will I stay? Do you have accommodation? Are all facilities available where I will stay?
You will stay in shared rooms. We have all the equipment to meet your needs such as shower, kitchen, etc.
Av-10. Do you cover things like food and drink?
You can cover things like food and drink yourself, ranging from 15-20 EUR per day. Food and drink expenses are not covered by us.
Av-11. How does the purchasing power in Germany compare to Turkey?
In Germany, for example, you can buy a car for 3000 EUR that would cost a minimum of 15,000 EUR in Turkey.
Av-12. Can I travel in EU countries?
Thanks to the Schengen Visa, you have the right to free movement in all EU countries.
Av-13. Do I have the opportunity to work in other EU countries besides Germany?
Thanks to the Schengen Visa valid in all EU countries, you can work in any EU country you want. However, it should be noted that we cannot provide job opportunities in other EU countries. In this regard, you will have to find your own job.
Av-14. You claim 100% and also say, “We will refund in case of rejection.” How does that work?
We have never encountered a rejection due to our fault. However, if a candidate does not comply with the procedure, they may be rejected. We have heard this from other agencies and candidates, but we have not experienced it ourselves.
Ö-1. Isn’t the fee for the visa too high?
To work in companies like Bosch/Mercedes in Germany, individuals often have to pay 15-20,000 EUR to any intermediary company.
Ö-2. Isn’t 8,000 EUR too much for a contract and a job declaration?
Within the framework of the package we mentioned, the candidates we talk about do not have any diplomas. We classify these candidates as unskilled workers and qualify them within the borders of Germany. As a result of this qualification, we offer them a better quality of life. To give an example, even for an old model car within the borders of Turkey, you have to pay around 15,000 EUR. We are offering you the opportunity to live comfortably at almost half the price.
Ö-3. WHY 12,000 EUR?
The law can be repealed or restricted at any moment. Additionally, we are talking about a visa obtained within 30 business days. Therefore, you have the opportunity to come to Germany almost 5 months earlier. Within these 5 months, you will already have saved around 5,000 EUR by putting aside 1,000 EUR monthly, and therefore, you will almost immediately recover the 4,000 EUR you paid for the Express service.
Ö-5. I don’t have money. I can’t afford it.
To obtain a visa, you can take out a loan to cover the payment. After you start working in Germany, you will easily be able to pay off your loan.
Ö-6. Can I make the payment after I come and start working?
No, because during the period leading up to the visa approval, we are already making expenditures on your behalf. Therefore, we expect you to pay 50% upfront and complete the payment for the remaining procedures after the visa approval. All payments you make are guaranteed by a contract. If there is any problem on our end resulting in the visa not being approved, your entire payment will be refunded.
Ö-7. How can I trust you for a refund?
If you want, you can have a notary or lawyer accompany you and review the agreements available on our website. You can make payments with their guidance. You can download these documents in PDF format from our website.
Payment methods are as follows:
In the normal process:
After presenting all the necessary documents and information for visa approval, we take a 50% deposit.
After you receive the visa, the remaining 50% must be paid within 72 hours.
In the Express process:
The fee of 411 EUR that must be paid to the Foreigners Department must be paid by the candidate at the beginning, against a notarized commitment. Otherwise, the Foreigners Department will not begin the process.
50% of the fee is taken after pre-approval is received. After you receive the visa, the remaining 50% must be paid within 72 hours.
All payments can be made with the accompaniment of a notary or lawyer.
The commitments for payments will be signed mutually on our website.
T-1. Are we scammers?
If you have doubts, you can send people you know within Germany to us. They can personally meet with us and discuss our business, our company, and our visa processes. They can also meet with our existing clients if they wish.
T-2. What do I need to go to Germany?
To go to Germany, you only need to have your passport.
T-3. You have three types of employment packages, but only one of them offers job security. How will I work/where will I work when I come there?
Some of our clients only want to come to Germany, so we offer the Yellow or Green packages. (The Yellow Package is only available to our consultant with diplomas.)
T-4. I have a Green passport, does it give me an advantage?
No, it doesn’t.
T-5. Will the job opportunity provided with the Blue package be related to the field I studied?
No. If you want to find a job related to your field of study, we can guide you. However, the profession you can pursue under the visa we provide will be as a truck driver.
T-6. Can I bring my family to Germany?
Certainly. You can bring all your family members. However, we are currently proceeding only with individuals. After you arrive, we can complete the procedures and bring your family according to your request.
T-7. I have a diploma or experience. I am also older. I don’t want to work as a driver or as unskilled labor.
In this process, we cannot help you. After obtaining employment with the Yellow package, finding and working in your job will be up to you.
